- All burners consist of a safety valve: when the flame is accidentally blown off by gust/wind/etc, the gas will automatically shut off after 15 seconds.
- Distance from the top of the worktop to the bottom of the PITT module is fixed (86 mm)
- Minimum distance of 200mm (small burner) and 250mm (dual wok burner) from the edge of an overhead cabinet to the centre of the burner
- Due to the weight of the PITT module extra care needs to be taken to make sure the worktop is fully supported by the cabinets.
- The supporting cabinets need to be perfectly level to prevent any stress on the worktop.
- After installing the PITT module it needs to be supported by a support beam.
